■Requirements

At least one (1) years working experience in franchised related restaurant environment serving food and beverage at managerial level.
Ability to walk and stand, operate cash register/cash handling and POS
Pleasant disposition and able to work in a team.
Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Open/flexible work availability and willing to be relocated
Communication in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.

■Responsibilities

Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.
Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
